As Toyota storms the U.S. market, it's learning a few tricks from GM and Ford. Thanks to aggressive pricing and offers of incentives to consumers, Toyota's North American earnings fell 9.3% last year. But profits in Europe and Asia both grew double digits, leading total profits to climb 16% last year.
