In three generations the Zegnas have transformed their family textile business from a small shop in Piedmont to a global luxury brand. Today cousins Ermenegildo ("gildo") and Paolo Zegna--CEO and chairman, respectively--helm the billion-dollar men's wear company, which also makes suits for Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, and Tom Ford.
