Walk into Anthropologie, Urban's women's apparel chain, and instead of spartan racks you'll see farm tables and glass chandeliers. That's the influence of Anthropologie's antiques buyer and Senk's life partner, Keith Johnson (seated).

The company grew sales by 22% last year, to $1.8 billion, and this fall Johnson will be starring in his own TV show, "Man Shops Globe."
