John Bogle

Job title: Founder, Vanguard Group

Thirty years after founding the mutual fund giant, Bogle still arrives at the office each day at 7:45 a.m. to write speeches, make television appearances, and plot his ideas for financial reform. With three colleagues, he leads a small research center within Vanguard.
