She's led the network away from shows on high-fashion programming toward reality content that centers on regular women. Promoted by Smith, its blockbuster show Ruby follows an overweight woman's struggle to drop sizes.
Smith moved to Style from E! Networks in 2006 after stints at MTV Networks and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
