Its attention to product quality shows up in some expected ways, like its new iPhone app for tracking packages, and in more unconventional ideas: Its new "Carbon Neutral" option
allows customers to pay to offset the carbon emissions created by shipping their package. UPS will match each payment, up to $1 million, until the end of 2010.
