focused Time Warner on content creation, spinning off Time Warner Cable, driving the "TV Everywhere" initiative to put shows on multiple devices, and finally undoing the Time Warner/AOL
merger. While Time Warner is now more dependent on creating Hollywood hits, the company realizes recurring revenue from subscriptions, TV licensing, and the like.
