Duke & Duke
Duke & Duke

In 1983's Trading Places, brothers Mortimer and Randolph Duke, commodities broker partners at Duke & Duke, stake a wager on what will happen when a high finance-type (Dan Akroyd) and a low-class hustler (Eddie Murphy) are thrust into each other's social circles.

Thanks to actions taken by Duke & Duke in the film, Section 746 of the 2010 Dodd-Frank Reform and Consumer Protection Act contains what's informally known as the "Eddie Murphy Rule." The rule bans the use of misappropriated government information in commodities trading.
